If it doesn’t meet standard, it gets fixed properly. No debate.

We provide a 7-year structural warranty, but our standard goes beyond ticking a warranty

box. If any work fails inspection, doesn’t meet the approved plans, or isn’t built to the required

standard, it is rectified immediately and correctly. Not patched. Not hidden. Not argued over.

We don’t push problems down the track or hope they won’t be noticed. We’ve spent years in

remedial construction fixing the cost of shortcuts, especially in structure and waterproofing.

That experience is why we’re strict about quality during the build, not after it.

If we’ve made a mistake, we own it and fix it at our cost. This protects the long-term integrity of your home and removes the stress of wondering whether something was done “well enough”.
